Apparitions
From the Visions of Anne Catherine Emmerich
by Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich
After that of Our Lord, there has never been a more glorious, more sacred, more humble, more pure life than Our Lady's—and there has never been one extolled more often either. Our Lady stands as the pinnacle of Creation, the most glorious and all-holy Ever-Virgin Mother of God, and her life was most the perfect imitation of Our Lord's there ever could be.
In The Life of the Blessed Virgin Mary: From the Visions of Anne Catherine Emmerich, Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich demonstrates the riches of this life she was privileged to know more intimately than perhaps any other besides St. Joseph and Our Lord Himself. For in these pages are told the wondrous and miraculous elements of Our Lady's time on this Earth, all the way from her birth and consecration, through her miraculous conception and pregnancy, through her suffering at the foot of the Cross of Our Lord, to her last days and ultimate Dormition and Assumption.
Witness like never before the glory of the Mother of God in what will prove one of the most important books in your life of meditation you will ever encounter. May the visions of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich bring you into deeper communion with Our Blessed Mother, who in turn does nothing other than bring us into the deepest intimacy with her Divine Son.

by Fr Jean Marie Aladel, C.M.
The principle author of this book, Father Aladel, was a member of the Congregation of the Mission founded by Saint Vincent de Paul. More importantly, he was the spiritual director and confessor of St Catherine Laboure.
The Miraculous Medal was designed by the Mother of God and communicated by her to Sister Catherine with the instruction that this devotion be spread throughout the Church. The inscription: O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee, anticipated the definition of the Immaculate Conception by nearly a quarter of a century. This book relates not only the heavenly visitations given to this humble saint, as well as her adventures and crosses endured for Our Lady's cause, but also it gives the ensuing history of the medal itself with many accounts of miracles which accompanied its pious reception.

A captivating account that narrates, month by month, the events of 1917. This is popular Catholic history at its finest. The drama of the Great War and the Russian Revolution are juxtaposed with the spiritual dimension of the Age: the diabolism of Rasputin, the Apparition of the Virgin at Fatima, the malignancy of Lenin, the saintly courage of (the now blessed) Charles of Austria. Few standard histories have ever given such a high degree of consideration to the supernatural and the Christian interpretation of history as 1917 does.

Prophecies for Our Times
Relates the most important revelations in the 17th century of Our Lady to a Conceptionist nun in Quito, Ecuador. Our Lady told her that a great crisis in the Church would begin in the middle of the 20th century and continue to our days.
Paperback, 67 pages
On January 16, 1599, the Most Holy Mother of God appeared to Mother Marianna of Jesus Torres in the convent of the Immaculate Conception in Quito, Ecuador, asking her to have a statue made of herself as she appeared, with the Child Jesus in her left arm and a crosier and the keys of the cloister in her right hand. Our Lady holds the crosier as a sign that she herself governs the convent and likewise asked that her statue be placed in the throne of the abbess, where this statue is still kept to this day. The statue was consecrated by the bishop of Quito on February 2, 1611 with title, "Mary of Good Success of the Purification or Candlemas." During the various apparitions granted to Mother Marianna until her death on January 16, 1635, Our Lady of Good Success foretold the evils of our times in great detail. She was told that her visions and life would only be known beginning from the twentieth century, and was asked to help by her prayers and penances the souls of that time in which there would be an enormous decadence of the faith. It was God's will to reserve these revelations and the story of the life of Mother Mariana for our time, when the corruption of behavior is universal and the precious light of the faith is almost extinct, fulfilling the prophecies of Our Lady. The Mother of God also foretold that this devotion would obtain mercy and pardon for all sinners who have recourse to her with a contrite heart since she is the Mother of Mercy. Likewise she said, "The consoling title of Good Success... will be the support and safeguard of the faith in the presence of the complete corruption of the twentieth century."
The novena presented here was written by Fr. Jose Urrate which has an imprimatur by the Archbishop of Quito, Carlos Maria de la Torre, on July 31, 1941.
