They are full-scale dramas of each of the 15 mysteries of the Rosary. Each video in the 3-set series contains five 20-minute segments for each Joyful, Sorrowful or Glorious mysteries of the Rosary.

They are beautiful and reverent dramas that bring to life the story and meaning of each of the mysteries of the Rosary. These lavish productions were filmed in Spain in 1957 with a cast of thousands.

Devotion to the Sorrows of Mary is a traditional favorite among Catholics. Long approved by the Church, this devotion is part of her official liturgy; both the Holy Mass and the Divine Office (Liturgy of the Hours). In the Sorrows of Our Lady, we see a reflection of the suffering of the Sacred Humanity of Our Lord. Through devotion to her Sorrows we recall that to be her true children we must each pick up our cross daily and follow her Divine Son.
